Zakat Foundation of America’s Recent Visit to the Embassy of Mali in Guinea

After the working visit to the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralization of Guinea, the Zakat Foundation of America delegation paid a courtesy visit to the Embassy of Mali in Guinea.

The discussions focused on the prospects of Zakat Foundation of America from the signing of the establishment agreement in Guinea. The Country Representative informed the Ambassador of the activities of Zakat Foundation of America, and especially in the territory of Guinea for 10 years. She also expressed her gratitude to Ambassador H.E.M. Modibo Traore and his colleagues for the warm welcome and the time granted despite their busy schedule.

H.E.M Traore thanked the hosts for their warm and cordial relations with Mali and Guinea, two states with the same people and who share the same socio-cultural realities and values: "the two lungs of the same body", as the late President Sékou TOURE said. After reassuring the availability of his office to support Zakat Foundation of America in its humanitarian actions, the Ambassador also made recommendations.

Among which, the continuous support of orphaned and vulnerable children of the program, until obtaining diplomas and socio-professional integration, in order to be able to guarantee them a better future. During the meeting, the Ambassador was accompanied by the 1st Counselor, Mr. Mahamane Dra and the Consular Counselor, Mr. Tidiane Haidara.
